Texas Keeper Cider

Texas Keeper Cider is a maker of small-batch, artisanal ciders in Manchaca. As a company, it is committed to crafting balanced, dry ciders made traditionally from fruit grown by small Texas growers.
Grant funds helped open the cidery to the public. The company also developed a taproom in a historic farmhouse. Now, the cidery can release creative micro-batches of cider, collaborate with other Central Texas beverage makers, and expand partnerships with local chefs and farms. All of the initiatives put cider where it should be – alongside exceptional food.
