Austin’s favorite cookout is a sizzling event showcasing the versatility of live fire cooking. Each spring, chefs from Central Texas and beyond showcase their talent in a variety of innovative and delicious bites. The scorching event debuted with the Texas Hill Country Wine & Food Festival in 2011 and has continued to attract a sold-out crowd. One of Austin's most popular culinary parties, this fiery bash features the best in cooking craftsmanship alongside impressive wine, craft beer, and premium spirits tastings.
