The vegan bakery's success is owed to its focus on unique partnerships with Central Texas food and beverage companies, resulting in small-batch products and innovative flavors. The quality, locally sourced ingredients are never artificial and always GMO-free.
Already one of the few truly hyper-local vegan bakeries in the US, Skull & Cakebones used the AFWA grant to purchase equipment to extend their line of bread using locally milled flours.
