Royal Caliber Ranch owner Laura Elizabeth Siegelman has raised diverse breeds of goats for nearly 20 years in Waller. Already a dealer in goats for milking and animal-assisted therapy, the agricultural entrepreneur will soon launch a U.S.D.A. Grade A certified dairy goat parlor to offer grass-fed, ethical, and sustainable milk products to the community.
Grant funds will help Siegelman secure the dairy parlor's infrastructure, including labor and materials for a pole barn, concrete, and utilities needed per U.S.D.A. requirements.
