Tito’s Handmade Vodka Entrepreneur Grant: $5,000
For almost 25 years, Dripping Springs-based Pure Luck Farm & Dairy has been serving Central Texans quality goat cheeses made from milk sourced from its herd of dairy goats and certified organic culinary herbs. Its award-winning line of chevres and fresh cheeses are highly valued by local cooks and Austin chefs alike.
Grant funds will go toward the construction of a walk-in cooler, enabling Pure Luck to offer French-style, soft-ripened goat cheeses — a category difficult to find locally due to shipping limitations and their limited shelf life. One of the first certified organic farms in Texas, the family has weathered the many challenges of farm life and dairy production to continue providing Central Texas with its award-winning cheeses and organic herbs.
