The first and only community-supported bakeshop in Austin that provides organic, subscription-based breads made with heirloom grains milled in-house and leavened naturally, Miche’s mission is to promote whole and heritage grains in Central Texas. In 2015, Miche sought funding to purchase a stone mill to increase capacity, along with additional equipment for expanded production and refrigeration.
