Offering discounted pricing for low-income patrons and supporting the Nixta Taqueria community fridge, Comadre Panadería approaches baked goods as a way to nourish rather than do harm.
Grant funds will go toward purchasing a double stack electric convection oven and an espresso machine necessary to expand the business.
