$5,000 Tito's Handmade Vodka Entrepreneur Grant
Fixtures of Austin's hospitality community and reflective of the city’s entrepreneurial spirit, Kendall and John Antonelli share the gospel of cheese through their Hyde Park shop and event space. The couple is working towards opening a South Austin tasting room that will offer experiential tasting classes and the city's only on-demand artisanal cheese trays. The goal is to create conscious consumers who intentionally seek out and support artisanal producers.
Grant funds will be applied to equipment needed to outfit the distinctive retail space and on-going educational classes.
