Another Bottle Down, a weekly 97.1FM KOOP radio show and podcast, has increasingly gained listeners drawn to host and Austin wine expert Mark Rashap's focus on compelling voices in the wine world and his attention to underserved wines, regions, and topics. About 50-percent of the show's content highlights the Texas wine scene and Austin's culinary community.
Both the live radio show and the podcast are free resources to Austin listeners and are available worldwide. Rashap hopes to fund equipment for offsite interviews, to support KOOP community radio financially, to generate advertisers to sustain the shows, and to extend the educational and unbiased discussion of wine and food on the Austin airwaves and online.
